Shipping policy

At Allez!, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of R90.00 applies to all orders under R500.

Orders totalling R500 or more qualify for free shipping across South Africa.

For orders over R1000, you can also choose to add shipping insurance for an additional R95.

Please note: If you choose not to insure your parcel and the courier loses your package, you (the customer) will be responsible for the replacement cost — not Allez!.

Delivery Service

We use a reliable courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery across South Africa.

International shipping is available on request — please contact us if you would like a quote.

Lead Times & Delivery Timelines

Please check the lead time listed on the product page for the item you’re purchasing — these vary depending on the product.

The delivery timeframes below apply once the lead time has passed and your order has been dispatched.

Standard Delivery:
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

  • Main Areas: Delivery typically takes 2 – 4 business days once dispatched.
  • Outlying Areas: Delivery may take 3 – 7 business days, depending on the courier’s schedule.

Alternative Delivery Options:
If you’d prefer to use Pudo or Postnet-to-Postnet, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Important Notes

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot control delivery schedules or potential delays. While we always strive to ensure fast delivery, courier timelines are unfortunately outside our control.

You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please let us know. You have 21 days to report any missing or delayed deliveries.

Claims made after this period — or not submitted in writing — will be considered waived and will lapse.
